The building and trees take up one-third of the space in the picture. The maroon-colored roof and the tree leaves separate the bright green lawn and soft blue sky, giving the picture a solid and yet warm feel. The most eye-catching point of interest might be the little white path on the left side of the lawn, which enlivens the photo’s softer hues.
Most importantly, the path gently guides the viewer’s gaze toward the main subject: a warm, welcoming home. Supreme Master Ching Hai thoughtfully created the path to protect the delicate feet of the royal swan, Pitu, along with her mate Sai and their precious offspring, who often visited the photographer and the homeowner. In this way, the “path of love” leads to the compassionate home nestled in Amoura Village, aptly known as the “Village of Love.”
