This was my first work in the calligraphy class after the Chinese New Year in 2016. My mother was 101. Holding mom’s hand, we were on our way to the calligraphy class at National Changhua University of Education, which reminded me those days in my childhood when mother carried me on her back to school in the bad weather. The work was praised by my teacher; however, the work suffered minor damage later. I had attempted to re-write it, but the result was not satisfactory. Maternal love is all-embracing; and the story of the down-paved path gives me courage to show this work.
