M5 An Autumn Tune

An art professor was intoxicated by this picture. From an expert’s point of view, both the composition and artistic style are superb. On the corner wall to the top right is a group of vigorous vines, their dying leaves greeting those in the foreground. Here one can also see some green leaves clinging to the vines, coexisting in harmony with their dead companions, representing the circle of life and death.

From the corner wall, the visual glides in an S shape to the foreground, creating a lively sense of movement, and adding grace to the composition. The colors also blend together beautifully; the fallen orange leaves contrast nicely with the green, and the gray sky with the solemn-looking grass lawn. This scene was caught by the photographer at an ideal time for contrasting light and shadow.
